Danielle is special counsel in our Wills and Estates team.

Danielle practises in estate planning, assisting clients in the drafting of Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Appointments of Enduring Guardian and other associated documents of varying complexity. In particular, she assists clients with estate planning advice involving complex family structures and high-net-worth clients with complex financial structures.

She advises on succession of the control of clients’ trusts and entities to their family members or others, and works collaboratively with accountants and financial advisers to provide tailored estate planning solutions.

  • Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales
  • LLB / BA (Humanities) – Queensland University of Technology
Biography
  • Admitted as a solicitor in Queensland in 1998 and in New South Wales in 2004.
  • Practised exclusively in Wills and Estates since her admission in Queensland, commencing practice in the private client group of a national law firm, where she gained experience in estate planning and estate administration.
  • Relocated to Sydney in 2004, joining one of Australia’s largest trustee companies as legal counsel, providing complex legal advice particularly in estate and trust administration.
  • Headed the New South Wales division of a start-up estate planning practice of Australia’s largest bank.
  • Headed estate planning at a boutique wealth advisory group, further specialising in estate planning advice.
