OFF-PLAN DEVELOPMENTS
We have acted on a number of very large scale projects involving off-plan developments and can assist with the following:

- drafting easements and other restrictions on title
- drafting Strata Management Statements and Building Management Statements
- application for blanket FIRB approval – for overseas buyers

We work closely with your selling agents, surveyors, designers and other consultants as the Sales Launch Day approaches.
We assemble a team of specialist lawyers, conveyancers and paralegals to handle the Sales Launch.
If necessary, we can assemble a team of conveyancers at the Display Suites or at the Project Site to facilitate the contract exchange process during the Sales Launch.
We have lawyers that are fluent in Chinese if required.
Contract documents are scanned and issued by email to streamline the issue of contracts to solicitors and potential buyers.
Our Project Exchange Team manages all the contract exchanges and keeps you up to date on each Stage of the sales process.
We handle any on-sales as and when they occur during the construction phase.
We keep buyers informed of the construction and settlement process as required.
As Project completion approaches, we handle the registration process for strata subdivisions and the registration of any easements over the Project site.
When the Project is complete, we mobilise our Project team to complete all settlements process as quickly as possible.
We have experienced conveyancers, property lawyers, building lawyers and finance lawyers on hand to assist at the various stages of the project as necessary.
We also have the practice management and precedent management software to handle large scale projects in a cost effective and efficient manner.

- Stage 3 – Settlement
We can also set up scheduled status meetings and/or online status reporting systems as required.

RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGES – LENDING AND DEFAULTS
We have handled many thousands of transactions over the years acting for banks and building societies.
We work closely with lenders and brokers to facilitate the settlement of the loan transaction as quickly as possible.
Most of the work is handled by highly trained and experienced conveyancers and/or paralegals to minimise the cost per transaction. All work is supervised by a lawyer at all times.
Loan Settlements are handled quickly and efficiently. Lenders and brokers are kept informed throughout the loan process.
We handle the mortgage registration process and also offer safe custody services for title deeds and loan documents if required.
If and when any borrower defaults, we have the systems and staff on hand to manage the loan default and recovery process, through to mortgagee sales if necessary.
Our litigation lawyers and property lawyers work together with your recovery staff as a integrated team.
