Biography
- Worked as a social worker in local government and private charity and NSW Health Department.
- Experience in workplace relations as an organiser in a Public Service Union (including mediation/ negotiation of workplace disputes).
- Admitted as a solicitor in NSW and the High Court in 1988.
- Worked in a number of legal roles, including with the Public Trustee and Permanent Trustee (later known as Trust Company) and in private practice.
- Owned and operated her own sole legal practice for more than 12 years.
- Extensive experience in estate planning, wills, estate administration and contested estates litigation.
- Also gained considerable knowledge in a range of areas including family law litigation, commercial disputes resolution, property law, and business/ commercial law.
